Submit your new client form, which is like a mini consult, so I can be fully prepared for our in-person consult. If you are unsure of the services you are wanting, please let me know and I will discuss your options once I have reviewed your form.

What To Expect 

PRE-VISIT...

 

Your experience as a first time client starts by filling out the New Client Form, which helps me understand your hair history and determine a custom plan, price, and time estimate to achieve your desired look.

 

Next, you will submit your appointment request through my online booking site. Each service listed will have a description to help you decide which service or services you would like to schedule. If you are unsure please let me know in your new client form submission so I can help you choose.

Once I receive your form and appointment request I will make sure the date, time, and service you have chosen makes the most sense for your hair needs. You will then receive a welcome email (or text if you prefer) back with more details to ensure that your first visit is seamless. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response during my business hours! Requests submitted on a Saturday or Sunday will be responded to on Tuesday.

                     

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE SALON... 

 

You will immediately be greeted by the salon's guest specialist at the front desk. She will then check you in and let me know you have arrived. While you wait in the guest lounge, she will offer you a beverage of your choice: water, coffee, tea, beer, wine or Haven's seasonal cocktail!  

I will then come greet you and bring you back to my chair where we will briefly go over your new client form one more time just to make sure we are on the same page. I will also discuss expectations...some highlighting services may take more than one visit to maintain the health and integrity of your hair!

DURING YOUR SERVICE... 

 

I will let you know what I am doing each step of the way. If you have any questions, please ask away! If you are here for a color service, a formula will be customized and recorded for you so we have a history of what we do together. This also helps in creating consistent results for each visit and easier color transitions if a change is desired in the future. 

If your service requires processing time, feel free to stay in my chair, walk around, relax in our processing lounge with essential oils diffusing in the air or enjoy some fresh air out on our patio. If you need to charge your phone while you wait, I will have a universal phone charger available for you. (NOTE: some highlighting services may require you to sit in the processing lounge with a heat lamp to quicken the process.)

If you are getting haircut, I will create a cut that is suitable for your face shape, lifestyle, and overall goals. Styling tips and tricks are always shared and styling lessons are always available by request if you want to learn easy styling techniques for at home.     

AFTER YOUR SERVICE... 

 

We will discuss a plan on how to keep your hair looking great in between appointments and I will share product recommendations that will be beneficial to maintain your look as well. If you would like to purchase any of the suggested products, I can write the name(s) down for you on a product prescription card and you can bring it up to the guest specialist at the front desk where she will help you check out. While you are up there, if you'd like, we can also set you up with your next appointment! You can expect a follow up within the week to ensure your style is just as expected!
